92. WTF is wrong with WTF? Why is there some idiot always brining up race about everything? And that other idiot stating that all hispanics think they know how to sing, WTF? I'm hispanic and I definitely don't think I know how to sing. He didn't win a Grammy for thinking he "knows" how to sing. Duh!!! I agree, these dumb asses need to get educated before sharing their "knowledge" with the rest of us. I didn't know hispanics are keeping them out of the classrooms as well. As for Emilio, my prayers are with him just for the fact that he is a human being, just as my prayers would go out to anyone (black, white, yellow, or whatever other race there may be) I saw involved in an accident. I saw him in a concert along with Selena. Great Tejano singers. "Tejano" is another word for singers that are from Texas with Hispanic culture and or parents. The music is very lively and danceable.

100. I am reading all these comments that people are putting concerning Emilio and I am sure his family is grateful for the prayers out there. I have also read the comments from the non educated people out there that like to put our hispanic race down. For the person that stated that hispanics are ruining the country you are wrong. if you look at the military people that are out there fighting the war in iraq for our country you will see that they are mostly HISPANIC. Emilio is a person just like you and I and he is an educated person. He has made mistakes in his life just like everyone else. NO ONE is PERFECT. We are all Gods Children. 101. Emilio is one of the best tejano musician ever, other then Selena of course. I just went to go see his show here in dallas texas and it was great. I was shocked when I heard the news this morning. My family and I are all praying for him and we hope he gets well soon. We pray that his family, loved ones, and fans are stay strong thru these hard times.

102. Thank you Ramona for your post. I just read through most of the other posts before yours and was very upset to see some of the harsh, hateful, racist, IGNORANT comments people made.

Emilio has been one of the most successful Tejano artists with a career that has spanned a few decades. He has been referred to as the King of Tejano music. (The late Selena was known as the Queen). I have been a fan of Emilio's since I was a little girl, when he first started out, and I am deeply saddened by the events that have taken place. My heart goes out to his family, and Emilio and his loved ones are in my prayers. May God be with them during this difficult time. I pray for his recovery.
